1. General
By making a booking at The Lake House Kodaikanal ("the Property"), you ("the Guest") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all guests and visitors of the property located at 5/82 A2, Rifle Range Road, Naidupuram, Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu 624101.
2. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a booking deposit or full payment.
- A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
- Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to that platform's additional terms.
- The property reserves the right to decline any booking at its sole discretion.
3. Payment
- An advance payment may be required to secure the booking.
- The remaining balance is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
- Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- The property reserves the right to refuse check-in if valid ID is not presented.
5. Guest Conduct & Property Rules
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rooms and indoor areas.
- Loud music, parties, or gatherings that disturb other guests are not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
- The management reserves the right to ask guests to vacate without refund in case of violation of property rules.
- Visitors are not permitted inside guest rooms without prior approval from the front desk.
6. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property unless specifically approved in writing by the management prior to arrival. Please contact us at +91 78450 66388 for any pet-related queries.
7. Liability
- The Lake House Kodaikanal is not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings.
- Guests are advised to use the safe or secure storage facilities where available.
- The property is not liable for any injury, accident, or damage arising from the guest's own actions.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and the State of Tamil Nadu. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kodaikanal / Dindigul district, Tamil Nadu.
